RECENT GRADUATES
As a fresh graduate out of the college, you will be working on variety of projects and assignments which expose you to different verticals of the organisation. You will work on live projects from day one.  These projects will help you understand the intricacies of the business in different domains. With increasing exposure to each one of them, you can make your own choice as to which one suits your interest best.

PEOPLE WITH WORK EXPERIENCE
People with work experience in relevant verticals, can expect to get started with training on the process orientation at Axience. Gradually, they will be expected to take up challenges and initiatives to run the projects, verticals, domains of the business on their own.
